Reliable care for properties, homes, and small farms to keep your land and operations running smoothly while you're away. Property & Perimeter Checks: Full walkthrough of home and outbuildings with visual checks of fencing, gates, water sources, and general grounds. Includes basic routine care for household pets or livestock (visual wellness check, feed top-offs, and water refreshes). Observation & Updates: Active monitoring and prompt response to property changes, damage, or irregularities. A detailed care summary report, update, and photo are provided with each visit. Base 45-Minute Visit: Covers property checks plus basic routine maintenance (feed, fresh water, visual check) for up to three household pets OR one pasture group. 60-Minute Extended Visit: Required for larger properties, multi-building checks, larger herds, or multi-zone routine care. *Insurance Policy Note: Property care services are provided exclusively in conjunction with active household pet or other animal care bookings. *Final quotes are customized based on property size, location, and required scope of care following an initial walkthrough.
