Professional on-site presence for homes, small farms, and acreage properties to maintain security and continuity while you're away. Overnight Presence & Structured Rounds: Morning and evening walkthroughs of your home, barns, fencing, gates, and water systems. Includes continuous overnight presence to monitor the property, handle routines, and care for household pets and livestock. Observation & Updates: Active monitoring of property conditions, animal well-being, and general grounds. A detailed daily care summary report, updates, and photos are provided after each visit. General Rate Guidelines Overnight Care: Starting at $150/night (typically twelve hours from 7PM-7AM) Multi-Day Stays: Custom rate options available Livestock & Special Scope Add-ons: Customized based on animal count and routines *Insurance Policy Note: Property care services are provided exclusively in conjunction with active household pet or other animal care bookings. *Final quotes are customized based on property size, animal care complexity, and required level of oversight following an initial walkthrough.
